What this policy covers

This policy covers the website at qbitvoice.com. Data processed on behalf of our customers through the QbitVoice platform, such as call audio and transcripts, is governed by the customer agreement and data processing agreement in place with each customer.

What we don’t collect

  • No cookies, and no similar technologies such as local storage or tracking pixels.
  • No analytics, advertising or social media scripts.
  • No third-party fonts or scripts. Everything on this site is served from our own domain.

Technical data handled by our hosting provider

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify). To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, the hosting infrastructure processes standard technical data for each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We don’t use this data to identify or profile visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). AWS may process this data through its global delivery network, relying on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

When you email us

If you write to info@qbitvoice.com, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

When you book a demo

Demo bookings are handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The details you enter, such as your name, email address and any notes, are processed by Google and shared with us so we can schedule and hold the meeting. Google’s handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to talk with you. If the conversation doesn’t lead to a business relationship, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell personal data or share it for marketing. It is only processed by the service providers named above, to the extent needed to provide their services to us.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@qbitvoice.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal data, for example by adding analytics, we’ll update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
